Third Party Analytics & Advertising Tools
Beyond the personally identifiable information you voluntarily provide to us, [CLIENT] utilizes analytics and advertising tools including third party technologies, such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords, to collect non-personally identifiable information utilizing cookies. Certain types of information, including geolocation, device type, onsite website usage and behavior, demographic data, and purchase history, is collected and aggregated across [CLIENT] Site users for our analysis and advertising efforts.
[CLIENT] uses Google AdWords Conversion Tracking and Google Conversion Linker tags across the Site. The Conversion Linker tag sets first-party cookies on your browser domain to store ad click information, ensuring conversions are measured effectively. When you click an ad, Google AdWords conversion tracking cookies allow us to track whether you complete specific actions on our Site.
[CLIENT] also uses Remarketing with Google Analytics and Google AdWords to display relevant advertisements to users who have previously visited our Site. Third party vendors such as Google may display [CLIENT] ads on websites across the Internet based on past site visits. Aggregated user data may be utilized to create remarketing/retargeting "lists" or interest groups.
[CLIENT] uses Google Display Network Impression Reporting, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, and Interest-Based Advertising. [CLIENT] does not run interest-based advertising campaigns that collect personally identifiable information.
Users may learn more about Google Analytics and AdWords cookies by visiting the Google Privacy and Terms page at http://www.google.com/policies/. We utilize Knock CRM ("Knock"), a third-party customer relationship management and communications platform, to assist in managing user interactions, tour requests, and customer communications. When you engage with our Site features powered by Knock, the following processing occurs:
- Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI): We utilize Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) technology provided by Knock, which automatically displays dynamic phone numbers on our Site to track inbound phone calls back to specific advertising campaigns or referral sources. Inbound calls made to these numbers may be recorded, monitored, or transcribed for customer service, training, and quality assurance purposes.

- Text Messaging (SMS): By providing your mobile phone number through our forms, chat, or scheduling tools, you consent to receive transactional or informational text messages from [CLIENT] and Knock regarding your inquiries, updates, or appointments. Knock processes and stores message details, including date, time, phone number, and message text. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP".
- Appointment & Tour Booking: When scheduling an in-person, self-guided, or virtual tour through our Site, Knock collects personal details such as your full name, email address, phone number, preferred tour times, and desired property preferences to process and confirm your booking.
